MEET THE CHARACTERS

Lola: She's the blunt one. She's very honest and often she speaks without thinking, but really means no harm so she always apologises if she hurts her friend's feelings. She currently works as a Financial Analyst although acting is her passion, but she is afraid to quit her job.

Dolapo: The good girl, straight-A student, conservative. Sometimes her friends tease her about her taste in clothes. She feels she's better than them because she hasn't made many mistakes in her life - yet. She's a talented singer, currently member of the choir in her church. She has just been offered the chance to sing back up vocals for a hot new Soul singer and she is considering it.

Funmi: The mother-figure of the group. Sensible, practical and reliable. She is a great cook as well. All the other girls go to her for advice. Her boyfriend recently broke up with her because she's not from his tribe and his parents would not approve.

Maureen: The fashionista. She's into fashion, big time and she spends all her money on clothes, bags, shoes. She's friendly and fun to be with, and very generous. She has dreams of becoming a fashion designer, but she studied Business at uni and her parents want her to go for an MBA.

Temmy: The outgoing, crazy one. She's adventurous and a great dancer. She has had seven past relationships, each lasting no longer than 3 months. Her current relationship has been going on for 5 months, which is an achievement. But she's already getting bored.

Titi: The intelligent one. In uni she always had the answers to every academic issue. She's a lawyer now and rising quickly up the ranks in her firm. But outside of work she's naive, innocent and too trusting. Funmi and the others try to protect her.

Dayo: The Player. He started seeing Titi even though he was engaged to be married in a few months. He's also a successful lawyer and he's gunning for the Junior Partner position at the firm where he works.

Folake: Dayo's wife. She knew there was someone else in the picture in the months leading up to their wedding. But she went ahead with it anyway, thinking that at least once she becomes his wife, she would have more control over him. Obviously this doesn't work out exactly as she planned in reality. So she schemes to have a baby.

Wole: A decent guy who met Lola at Titi's birthday party and seems intent on getting her. Dynamic, hunky and a Project Manager who appears to be moving ahead in his career. On the surface he pushes all the right buttons, but what dark secrets lurk in his past?
